Mood: No “P” in Patience (Because It’s Gone)

This post is my exact mood—no sugarcoating.

Short, sweet, and a whole lot of grumpiness.

💥 Current Vibe Check

Mood: Grumpy, irritable, frustrated
Pain (scale 1–10): 5+ (depends on the moment, the phase of the moon, and how annoyed I am)
Symptoms:

  • Persistent tingling in my right arm

  • Focus now locked in on my wrist and pointer finger

  • Pointer finger = constant annoying zap

  • Random sharp pains shooting down the arm, just for fun

🔄 Management Plan

Pain Meds:

  • Finished steroid pack #2

  • Tylenol at bedtime—because dreams are easier when you’re semi-unconscious

Sleep: Restless, thanks for asking
Exercise:

  • Limited neck stretches (mildly helpful)

  • Added basic shoulder mobility work (jury’s still out)

  • Hot showers = tiny moments of bliss

🔮 What’s Coming Up

  • PT on Thursday (May 1) 💪

  • Chiropractor visit on the horizon 🌀

  • Daily reminders that I’m not a machine (but also not broken beyond repair… yet)

🥲 Silver Linings

  • Husband and daughter open doors for me

  • And more importantly: I let them

  • That counts as personal growth, right?

😤 Still Annoying

  • Using a mouse hurts

  • Remembering not to use the right hand for everything is a full-time job

  • I miss typing without it feeling like a risky gamble

So yeah, there’s no "P" in my name today, and definitely none in my patience.
We’re taking it one sharp nerve pinch at a time over here. If you're looking for sunshine and rainbows, maybe check back tomorrow.

Or bring cookies. That might help.
